Returns
Here at AbabUArt we want our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods received without any penalties or having to specify the reason. For refunds, returns and exchanges, the user has 14 days from the received product date to take advantage of this policy. Please contact us at [email protected]
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
This includes all contact cards (business & thank you card) and free gifts.
The user is responsible for the shipping cost of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
There is no refund for digital products, products on sale or purchased with discounts and gift cards.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that have been received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item please email us at [email protected]
Lost Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
