Where Do We Ship?
AbabUArt ships to all countries worldwide.
All packages are shipped with DHL. DHL do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Some locations may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will be covered or reimbursed by AbabUArt.
AbabUArt is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, any transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Anguilla.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to placing your order.
Processing times are 5-7 days(This is not shipping times). AbabUArt can inform you of the status of your order once shipped or you can check via tracking on the DHL website.
Local Delivery Policy
A delivery fee for local shipping is $3.00USD
We deliver to the Anguilla Post Office in The Valley on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the hours of 10:00am – 4:30pm.
Once your order is placed, an AbabUArt associate will contact you to confirm a delivery day and time based on your availability.
Please understand we cannot guarantee same day delivery.
Customers must bring their order invoice to ensure a match to their package and a “received by” signature is required.
Non-delivery Or Wrong Address Information Provided
We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Your Order
Here at AbabUArt we want our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal and cancel the goods ordered without any penalties or having to specify the reason. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund PROVIDED that your order has not been shipped.
Persons have 24 hours after confirming order to cancel physical products via email.
Persons have a 30 minute window to cancel personalized/custom digital prints via email.
*Non personalized/custom digital prints cannot be cancelled for they are immediately available for download after purchase.
Typically, most orders are full-filled and shipped within 24 to 72 hours from the time they are received. AbabUArt can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.
